HER SABBATICAL AT WORK
Feel at home in yourself again, lead from there.
A curated space for clarity, and feeling at home in your body — the inner work of leaders that helps you live without depletion and deepen your authentic voice.
"It's not time away from work. It's changing the way you’re carrying responsibility."

Many women come to this work when they're feeling off despite outer success. Some are stretched thin, stuck, searching for clarity, yet unable to break free from the patterns and situations that stifle them.
They notice that rest doesn't really take away what is affecting their mood, sleep, or relationships. They blame it on (peri) menopause, aging, or rationalize it as "this is how it is."
They say things like: "I've worked hard for what I've built and I’m grateful for what I have, but I'm feeling drained. More rest doesn’t seem to fix it. I worry I can't do this for another year, but I don't see another way.”
Our work often starts when they feel ready to commit to themselves.

Depletion or tension aren’t only about workload. They are about energy — your own, the people around you, and the dynamics between you.
Many of us learned early on to carry other people's emotions, expectations, and needs, alongside our own. We hold this in our body, the relational space, and our nervous system, not just the rational mind — which is why more rest, more insight, or more understanding doesn't always resolve it.
Talking through what's happening can bring clarity but it doesn't always change what the body has learned to carry. As Bessel van der Kolk puts it, the body keeps the score.
Over time, this creates a kind of stress that's hard to address — pressure to keep pushing, to be fine, to hold it all together. It shows up as quiet exhaustion, a dulling of clarity, a sense that something is missing, even when everything looks fine from the outside.
This is where my work with clients really begins. Through somatic, developmental, and integrative work — practical, body-centered practices attuned to your energy and nervous system — rather than only the rational mind — I help women release what isn't theirs, bring balance to their system, and reconnect deeper to their core. From there, boundaries become something you sense and hold naturally, not something you have to think through or enforce.
This isn't about fixing you, or adding another task to your list. It's about helping your system return to its natural state, so what's been missing can come back.

Women who do this work often notice they feel more at peace, thinking more clearly, and trusting their own judgment again. Decisions start to feel less like a struggle and more like something they simply know — decisions that are right for them, and end up being right for the people around them too.
As the inner landscape shifts, things on the outside often start to shift too — without having to force it.
Energy returns. Not the push-through kind, but something steadier: a groundedness that doesn't run out by the end of the day. Boundaries start to feel natural instead of effortful. The guilt that often comes with taking care of yourself begins to loosen.
If you've been feeling quietly drained or disconnected, and want to feel like yourself again — there's another way. One that energizes and brings clarity, rather than asking you to push through or wear armor all day.

As your ally, I offer a private, one-to-one engagement, in a curated space that is designed to integrate into your life — not add to it.
Sessions are confidential, structured, integrative and deeply attentive, creating a space where you do not need to hold it all together, or alone.
The approach is facilitative, non-directive, supporting the conditions from which your inner trust, clarity, and self regard emerge, and I help you embody them.
Over time, patterns and familiar imprints that you have carried — personally and professionally — begin to surface and can be worked with directly, allowing what is not serving you to release.
This is not a quick solution, but a focused and intentional process for women who are ready to know themselves more fully, and lead a life without leaving themselves out.
